Assigned work orders	A detailed listing of open work orders assigned to individual workers.
Chargeback work orders	A listing of all chargeable work orders for a selected date range.
Completed work orders	Completed work orders for a selected date range.
Monthly aging report	A listing of all open work orders sorted by age for a specific time period.
Open work orders by trade	A listing of all open work orders for one or multiple trades, specified time period and statuses.
Open work orders by type	A listing of all open work orders sorted by type.
Work order aging by date	A list of all open work orders grouped by type and sorted by date.
Work order aging by facility	Listing of open work orders requested within a specified date range, sorted by facility.
Work order aging by trade	A list of open work orders sorted by trade.
Work order aging by worker.	A listing of all open work orders for a specified date range, for one or all workers.
Unassigned work orders	A detailed listing of all open work orders not yet assigned to workers.
Vandalism report	A listing of all work orders that have been classified as "Vandalism".
Work order analysis by type	A summary of all work orders by type, showing total quantity, issued versus total quantity and total hours completed.
Work order completion	A summary of all completed work orders.
Work order detail by account	A listing of all completed work orders by account number.
Work order statistics audit	A detailed listing of work orders within a specified date range, subtotaled by task/job type. This report indicates the total count for each type versus the last 24 hour period.
Work order statistics detail	A detailed listing of work orders, sorted by building and subtotaled by facility and repair center. This report includes work type detail.
Work order statistics summary	A summary listing of work orders, sorted by building and sub-totaled by facility and repair center.
Work order status by facility	A summary listing of all work orders, open versus closed, subtotaled by repair center, including a breakdown by facility.
Work order status by repair center.	A summary listing of all work orders, open versus closed, subtotaled by repair center.
Work order summary by client	A summary listing of all work orders subtotaled by repair center, including a breakdown by facility and buildings.
Work orders received	A listing of work orders received during a specific time frame.

 
 
 

Preventive Maintenance Reports
 

Equipment PM compliance by work order	Percentage of PM work orders on equipment broken down by priority.
Equipment PM compliance by schedule	Number and percent of PMS scheduled by month compared to the number completed on equipment.
PM – All	All PMs work orders with request date within the specified date range.
PM – Completed	All completed PM work orders with close date within the specified date range.
PM – Open	All open PM work orders with request date within the specified date range.
PM load report	Displays the PM hours load over a specified time frame. Also counts past due PMs. Breakdown totals by daily, weekly, monthly, yearly with number of work orders and estimated hours.
PM schedule list	List of all PMs on active items.
